I'm not sure what they are happier about, turning four months old or commandeering Daddy's new iPad?

Let's Play Ball!!
Tuesday we went to our first Major League Baseball game! Thanks to our friends Rhoda and Jody who couldn't use their tickets, we by-passed the afternoon nap and went to Coors Field to watch our Colorado Rockies take on the San Francisco Giants. The Rockies won 5-3 and regained first place in the NL West. We are convinced that we are the Rockies new lucky charm. They had lost 5 out of their last 6 games until we showed up. In case any of the Rockies management is reading this awesome blog, we are willing to offer our services for a small fee (price of admission). Not buying the whole "lucky charm" thing, notice that the Rockies played the Phillies last night, we were not at the game and the Rockies lost 2-1. Just sayin'!
Anyway, here we are at the game. In the meantime, we'll be waiting for our call from the Rockies GM!

We brought our own seats!

Ava cheering on her Rockies or asking to be picked up, we're not sure.

Traveling Twinvasion Side Show
Now that daddy is home on FMLA leave we are spending a lot of time together as a family. Mommy goes back to work this week, but before she does we decided to take a little trip to visit our friends the Kleins in Austin Texas.
Austin, TX - You've been twinvaded!
Austin, TX - You've been twinvaded!
Here's Grayson and Ava at the airport with their official boarding passes waiting for their first airplane ride! Their mood was much more subdued than those other passengers on our flight congregating at the gate waiting to board once they noticed the stroller with TWO car seats!
And it didn't take long to notice us! We were the main attraction everywhere we went. The comments ranged from "Oh, they are so cute" to "You've got your hands full" to "Double trouble." My favorite was, "Oh, I have twins..AT HOME!" (emphasis added).
Ready for take off!
Ava getting reacquainted with Auntie Sheila. They picked up right where they left off in March!
Ahhh, relaxing pool side! This is the life, after a long hard day of eating and napping this is how we unwind!
Anybody who has seen one of our ultrasounds will know there is something very familiar about this positioning! Ava found it a little harder to kick Grayson with a blanket wrapped around her, but she still managed to get it done. This was the last night they shared the pack-n-play.
Auntie Sheila helped us get our swim gear on and ready for a hard day at the pool. Grayson was unimpressed with the cold water in the pool, Ava was down right pissed we tried to put her in it. Back to hanging out pool side!
Swimsuit...check, sunscreen...check, cool shades...double check!
Grayson found that playing in the sun can be exhausting!
Here's Grayson on his first boat ride, got his cool sun hat and chillin with Auntie Sheila. Ava was there too, she found the boat to be so soothing that she slept through most of it.
Ava, sleeping through most of it!

Visitors For Our First Easter!
Here is Grayson after meeting his cousin Katelynn for the first time. Katelynn, Danielle and Aunt Stacey came to visit for our first Easter. We had a great weekend!
Ava & Katelynn hanging out.
Danielle and Katelynn giving their best shot at feeding the twins. It didn't take too long before they got the hang of it. Sarah and I didn't feed the twins once that weekend, we couldn't if we tried!
Danielle and Grayson hanging out after dinner.
Aunt Stacey and Grayson.
Ava thinks Aunt Stacey is pretty funny!
More Random Pics!
Here we are at 2.5 months hanging out in Mom's lap.
They keep posing us like this and then a bright light blinds us!
Grayson ready for Opening Day!
Go Rockies!!!!!!!
A wink and a smile at breakfast.
Hey! I know you.
Let's go cruisin!

Random Pics!
Ava can't figure out why every one wants hug and kiss her. It's gotta be the hat!
Grayson displaying his best dance move for the ladies! Imagine these moves to your favorite Marvin Gay tune.
Ava, not to be out done, likes to hang out a listen to a little Snoop Dog in the morning.
Testing out our new double Bob. They were not fans of it on this windy day, but I think they will grow into it.
They love, their swaddle. Well, for a minute at least. Grayson is probably smiling because he knows that it is only a matter of minutes until he has the swaddle cracked and his arms free.
Here, Ava is putting in her tummy time. She's not a fan, but will tolerate it and at least work at it. Grayson on the other hand, well, see below for what Grayson thinks of tummy time...
This kid can sleep anywhere, he's just like his daddy!
Grayson prefers to be a little more spontaneous with his tummy time. I swear, he loves being on his stomach at all times, except when we put him on the tummy time mat!
Here, Ava and Grayson were practicing the wave during a Rockies spring training game, but they fell asleep! We'll have to work on the execution a little bit more for mommy! (Mommy hates the wave!)
